The Chinese Proverb above rings true on so many levels. Whatever your business, and whatever industry you operate in, there are many opportunities out there – so just go for it or you’ll regret it!
Since joining Vinyl Solutions back in the Summer of 2016, I’ve been keen to see the business build on its strong foundations and continue growing. I’m delighted to report that 2017 was a record-breaking year for us, with over 2500 orders fulfilled.
We recorded our highest ever revenue and a significant year on year growth. It was a fantastic achievement, only made possible by the hard work and dedication of the entire team.
But it doesn’t stop there, we don’t want to stand still. We want to deliver an even better service to our partners and make 2018 an even more successful year for Vinyl Solutions.

To give you an idea of the scale and significant levels of products we have fitted, here are some of our key facts and figures from 2017:
All of our work over the past few years has been done with one key aim in mind, to continue improving the products and the service we provide to our partners and customers.
We know we’re not always perfect, but we want to improve so that we consistently deliver premium quality products in a professional way. This goal continues to be central to everything we do. Our aim is to exceed our clients’ expectations.
We’ve recently grown our Sales Support Team enabling us to provide quotes and drawings for customers more quickly and efficiently.
We have also recruited our first Customer Services Executive who is dedicated to looking after for our customers and continually exploring ways we can improve the service we deliver.
As we start 2018, we continue on our journey of growth. There are some extremely exciting times ahead.
We have ambitious targets across the business which I’m confident we can achieve with the team’s continued hard work and commitment. It is also important for us to continue investing in our business and core infrastructure.
Earlier this month we announced the expansion of our warehouse capacity and additional parking at our head office in Poole. This will be key in helping us grow and facilitate faster turnarounds for delivery, particularly during the peak season.
This is just the beginning, we have a 3-year vision which includes plans for further investment in the business infrastructure. We are also looking to grow the team further in coming months.
We also value the environment and we’re continuing to look at and invest in ways of minimising any impact that we might have on environmental change, global warming and conservation. From using the best and most sustainable materials, using the most energy efficient methods of production through to recycling waste – we’re committed to minimising our impact on the environment.
