COVID-19 Update – We’re still here to help!

Dear all,

Following our update from yesterday about the tough but necessary decision we’ve made to temporary close the Vinyl Solutions office and factory until further notice, due the the current COVID-19 pandemic situation. I wanted to clarify that we are still here for you!

All of the staff at Vinyl Solutions who are able to are now working from home at their normal capacity and can assist you with tasks and queries such as: 

• All incoming calls
• Investigate and help with opportunities
• Prepare quotes (subject to survey)
• Send indicative prices to customers
• Discuss the schedule and how it will be managed going forward
