From a security point of view, caravans with decking, skirting and gates will be safer as access is not as easy.
And, from a family’s perspective, the actual decking itself is safe for children and dogs to crawl, roll and lay on. It is waterproof, stain resistant, slip resistant, durable and fire retardant.
There is nothing better than being able to pull up in the car, outside your caravan, and get straight on to your decking for a nice cold drink…and relax!
A more practical point but decking with skirting will provide some added insulation for your caravan, meaning that in the colder months, heat will not escape underneath your caravan or lodge as much as it would if you didn’t choose to have it.
If or when you come to sell your caravan, having decking and skirting will make it an easier sell. If someone doesn’t have to do any work and can move straight in, it will be a lot more appealing to them. It will also mean that financially, it’s worth more too.
You will need to talk to your holiday park sales team about the rules and regulations of their caravan park and which decking configuration you’re looking to add. They will then contact us so we can come and visit, measure up and provide a quotation.
Following this, we’ll get your decking made and installed as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new creative outdoor living space.
Please don’t hesitate to talk to your holiday park about Vinyl Solutions or contact us to find out more information on the decking products we have to offer.
