None of us could have predicted the overwhelming events that 2020 has seen. Likewise, no one could stop any of it from happening and I think, for many people, having no control has been the hardest.
As a business, this has certainly been a challenging time and we know that many companies are not out of the woods yet, but now we must begin to look forward and overcome the difficulties we have faced.
But before that, I’d like to take the opportunity to thank everyone. Firstly, our customers. Without your support, we would not have a business to return to. Your custom is so very much appreciated and valued.
Secondly, thank you to our suppliers. We know the knock-on effect this has had as businesses have ground to a halt. We are extremely lucky to have great relationships with our suppliers and have been able to keep communication channels open and honest. We look forward to continuing our partnerships with you.
And last, but certainly not least, thank you to all of our staff. I say, with much pride, that we have a dedicated and loyal team, who I am honoured to work with. They show commitment and professionalism at all times, even in the face of adversity.
I am not at all surprised at how quickly they have all been able to adapt to look after our customers and deal with challenges head on and I am glad to have them all back as one big happy family!
I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every customer, supplier and team member and finally, I offer my deepest sympathy to those affected by COVID-19. Whether personally, or professionally.
