Vinyl Solutions are currently recruiting for both an Office Support Specialist and Social Media & Marketing Co-ordinator as part of the Government Kickstart scheme.

Office Support Specialist
Hours: 25 Hours per week – 5 hours per day – Monday to Friday
Pay: National minimum wage – 6-month contract
An Office Support Specialist is responsible for clerical support of a general nature; providing independent office support assistance with emphasis on the full range of clerical duties including typing, data entry, filing, phone and front desk reception, processing forms and maintaining supplies; may assist purchasing, Executive Assistant, Business Services Manager or Business Directors with specific tasks; and may provide ongoing computer technology support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, great communication skills and the ability to build relationships and coordinate with other staff and customers. We will offer full support training for this role, working closely with our Business Services Manager.
Social Media & Marketing Co-ordinator
Hours: 25 Hours per week – 5 hours per day – Monday to Friday
Pay: National minimum wage – 6-month contract
We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic and professional person who can really help us engage with our customers and audiences via social media and other marketing channels. The Social Media & Marketing Co-ordinator will have a pivotal role in the Company, working closely with our Marketing Manager to enable us to continue raising the profile of our business across key markets.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in social media and a very strong attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in simple photo editing or graphic creation software would be desirable along with the ability to work independently across departments and disciplines in a fast-paced environment. We will offer full support training for this role, working closely with our Marketing Manager.
