Designing a high specification product is the first step, the next is investment in high specification tooling and production. All Vinyl Solutions components are designed for performance and manufactured on the highest quality of tooling to ensure consistency in the manufacturing process.
Premium quality materials
Our products are manufactured using high specification polymers specifically engineered for outdoor performance. We carefully select polymers that offer longevity, strength and optimal aesthetics. All products must also achieve or exceed our stringent outdoor performance standards; tested via accelerated UV testing technology.
Long Life – Recycled – 100% Recyclable – Sustainable
High performance materials offer products that are long lived that can have a recycled material content of up to 80%. Additionally, all of our polymer products are 100% recyclable at end of life. Through the use of co-extrusion skinning technology and profile foiling, many products have a cap layer of high performance polymer. These polymers include outdoor grade high performance uPVC, Acrylonitrile Syrene Acrylate and Renolit foil. These processes increase performance and extend product life.
Rigorously tested to the highest standards
In addition to UV testing, our products are tested to the criteria of building regulations. Independent testing is carried out to BS6180 for structural integrity and slip resistance testing is carried out to BS7976-2. We are also pleased to advise that all extruded components are manufactured and certified under the controls of quality and Manufacturing Standard BE EN ISO9001.
Integrated handrails for a more elegant design
We use a fully integrated handrail system. This means that our rails are simple and seamless with no need for clips on each post.
Fire safety
Our balustrade components are manufactured from non-combustible polymers and tested by a UK accredited company to BS476:part7 class 1. Non-combustible polymers do not contribute to a fire situation, they will not burn and are self-extinguishing in nature.
