We are still here for you

We are continuing to keep in close communication with our Holiday Park partners and following government guidance set out in their roadmap. We will continue to operate during this period at reduced capacity and we can still undertake installations and fulfil orders together with handling any customer queries.

We are strictly complying with all COVID-19 safety guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and we will continue to do our utmost to keep everyone as safe as possible. 

We hope that, in line with the government roadmap, many of our Holiday Park partners will be able to open their doors for business again from 12^th April 2021.

Clearly it has been a very difficult start to the year for everyone, but we hope that we can return to some normality soon, in the meantime we’re available to you and very happy to support where we can, when you need us.

Will Vinyl Solutions be visiting Holiday Parks during this time?
Our Regional Account Managers will not be undertaking park visits during this lockdown period; however, our installation teams are permitted to continue with installations as needed. We hope to be able to return to undertaking park visits from 12^th April, should the government roadmap for the return remain on track.

I have recently ordered a new deck; will you still be able to install it? 
We will continue to work closely with our holiday park partners to book and undertake new installations during this period. Our installation teams will maintain social distancing and follow all safety guidelines at all times. Should you have any questions regarding this please contact us.
