Our History
Vinyl Solutions was established by Jerry Higby and 2 further employees, including Operations Director Nigel Open.
Vinyl Solutions began to import vinyl decking boards from the United States.
Vinyl Solutions relocates to a larger industrial unit in Poole.
Vinyl Solutions became the first decking supplier in the industry to introduce glass panels to decks.
Vinyl Solutions designs and commissions new and exclusive vinyl decking styles from UK manufacturers.
Foiled colours are introduced to our product range – offering a selection of colour options such as Golden Oak, Dark Green, Anthracite Grey and Rosewood.
Relocation to a larger industrial unit in Poole, Dorset. We also introduce a new decking range, ‘Chiltern’, available in Composite and Grey, Oak and Olive.
Production capacity is greatly increased – from Duraflex, as our primary uPVC extrusion supplier.
Vinyl Solutions introduce the Latte decking board colour – an addition to our Purbeck range.
We welcome a new management team; Ben Hart, Managing Director and Nigel Open, Operations Director – to further develop the company.
We acquire additional industrial unit space to increase capacity and satisfy demand. Vinyl Solutions now has 40 over employees.
We introduced a new range of premium quality composite decking boards – HD Deck®Dual and HD Deck®XS from Composite Prime.
We launched a new e-shop so customers can purchase a range of Vinyl Solutions products directly online.

We moved to our brand new offices and factory (55/56 Balena Close). Expanding our office and storage space to allow us to continue to grow.
