Vinyl Solutions are delighted to announce the promotion of Lucy Waine to the role of Regional Account Manager for Dorset and Hampshire.
Having joined the business to work in order processing in 2015, Lucy has achieved a number of promotions – most recently working as an Account Executive working with our key partner accounts.
Speaking of the promotion, Ben Hart, Managing Director for Vinyl Solutions said:

When did you join the team?
Lucy: I joined Vinyl Solutions back in June 2015.
What is your role at Vinyl Solutions?
Lucy: When I joined the team back in 2015 I joined to work in order processing. Within a year I was promoted in to the Sales Support team where I assisted in the workload of our Regional Account Managers. This included producing drawings and preparing quotes for our customers.
Last year I was promoted to Account Executive looking after a key account. This included looking after all of their decking orders across their portfolio of parks. I am now delighted to have moved in to the role of Regional Account Manager for Dorset and Hampshire – I’m very excited about the new challenge!
What does a normal week at work look like for you?
Lucy: Every week is different, but I really like the variety. I spend some time in the office preparing quotes and drawings for clients but I spend most of my time visiting my customers at their parks. Not only does this give me a chance to carry out the necessary surveys of caravans and lodges, but also gives me a chance to enjoy a cup of tea with the park teams!
What is it like to work for Vinyl Solutions?
Lucy: It is a great place to work and it is lovely to be part of a fantastic team. It’s a really exciting place to be, Vinyl Solutions has exciting plans to grow, and everyone in the team work together really well to make that happen. There is also a big focus on the service we deliver for our customers, and we’re always trying to improve and exceed their expectations – this is really important to me.
What is your favourite thing about your job?
Lucy: I love meeting new people and developing great relationships with our customers, but most importantly I get great satisfaction from providing a great service. Every day at Vinyl Solutions gives me the chance of doing that.
Outside of work, what keeps you busy?
Lucy: When not at work I like to keep myself busy – I enjoy going to the gym, riding my horse and, of course, cuddling my cats!
